Thank you for choosing to book with speedspaces.com. We look forward to welcoming you. By making this booking you are entering an agreement with us. Please read our terms and conditions of your booking below.

Prices

The price of the accommodation includes the following:
Linen, towels, cleaning, hot water, central heating, air conditioning, cooking and dining facilities, cable TV, movies on demand, washing machine (if you’ve booked a flat with a W.M), ironing facilities, internet, Toilette paper, shampoo.

 

* Electricity daily charge is 15ILS per day. (Your booking total usually covers that cost and it will be stated on your booking breakdown totals).

*** PLEASE DON’T ABBUSE THE ELECTRICITY ***

Please turn off all electricity lights, Air Condition, Water boiler and all electrical appliances EVERY TIME  you leave the flat. If you fail to do so you’ll be charged $7 per day

 

Tax

Israeli citizens are eligible to pay 17% VAT on top of their total booking price.

Foreign guests are free of paying Israeli VAT.

 

Pets (Allowed in flat 35 only)

Well-behaved pets are permitted by prior arrangement only at the additional cost of $10 per pet/per day. 

 

Acceptance of Children

We welcome children of all ages and allows a child up to 3 years of age to stay for free using the existing bedding. Baby cribs are not available. Children age 4-11 will be considered as children. Individuals above the age of 12 are considered as adults.

Children between 4-11yrs are accommodated for 100ILS per night in case they are the 3rd guest and above.

 

Cancellation and Insurance

By making your booking, our agreement is a legal contract and your deposit ( 100% of your total booking cost ) is non-refundable unless you will cancel 14 Days prior to check in.

Cancel less than 14 Days prior to check in =Travellers pay 100% booking fee.

Non-availability of Accommodation

We would only cancel your holiday if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would however attempt to offer you alternative accommodation.  If this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you for the holiday. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.

Arrival

Your accommodation will be available to you from 14:00 on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged. We may not be able to accommodate you if you arrive earlier than the agreed time as we will be busy preparing your rooms.

Check out is at 12:00 unless agreed differently.

 

Late arrival procedure

Please ensure you contact us to let us know about your arrival time so we will send you self check in instructions in for your fully independent check in to your flat.

 

Departure

Please be ready to leave the accommodation by 12:00 on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged. Your will find your invoice in your email address provided by you.

Damages and Breakages

Please take care when staying in our property. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages, which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. All we ask is that you report any incidents as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant, and we may make an additional charge of $100 if you did not report this immediately.

  • Any costs in case of damages that will cause us closing down the flat or cancel any future bookings will be fully charged on your card and deposit.

 

Excessive Noise and Parties

T​o ensure all guests enjoy the comfort and safety of the facilities we offer, we upholds a strict zero tolerance policy towards commotion, excessive noise and parties. Any person found to be on our premises creating excessive noise, having a party, exceeding the numbers of permitted guests or otherwise causing a disturbance will be requested to leave the hotel without refund.

 

Inappropriate Behaviour and Unreported Extra Guests Policy

Should any inappropriate behaviour is brought to attention and/or extra unreported guests found in the flat, we reserves the right to investigate and take action against the guest which may result in, but not limited to, being charged $100 extra on top of the extra guest charge/asked to leave without a refund for any services incurred.

 

Smoking

The Hotel has both smoking and non-smoking flats. ​Smoking is only permitted in designated areas as well as smoking rooms. There will be a S$200 fee for thorough cleaning services charged to any non-smoking room that has been smoked in to restore it back to its original condition.

Liability

We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.

 

Deposit 
In order to make sure that we will receive the loft in the same way given to our guests a 1000 ILS deposit is required in cash/card upon check-in. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the property – Deposits by card will take 7 business days to be returned back to the guest provided C.card.

 

Privacy Policy

Any data collected during the course of this booking will be stored on our computer(s).  With your permission we may from time to time contact you about promotions and offers.  We will not share your details with any third party.
