How to get to the flat: Ha-Masger 68. It’s a big white door with a code. The code is 6547*. Then take the right lift to the third floor. Take a right turn from the lift and you will see the lockboxes.

Your lockbox is the full black one. You will find your keys inside. Use the code that you’ve received to open the lockbox.
AFTER ENTERING THE CODE, TURN THE KEY KNOB CLOCKWISE TO OPEN THE SAFE.
Your flat (number 35) is behind the door on your right. 
DON’T FORGET TO LOCK THE LOCKBOX BY SCRAMBLING THE NUMBERS AGAIN.

Open the door on your right hand side. If the door is locked you have a key to open it in your set of keys.
Walk all the way in the corridor till you will see flat 35. This is your flat.

The apartment is located in Montefiore neighbourhood, on Ha-Masger side.

There are 2 ways to easily reach the place from the Ben-Gurion Airport.

  1. A taxi straight to Ha-Masger 68, Tel Aviv (This should cost 100-150ILS)
  2. A train from the airport to Ha-Shalom train station.

If you are traveling light then you can also take a walk of 10 minutes (just walk straight to south on Menachem begin street and that’s it)

If with heavy luggage then grab a 2 minutes cab drive and ask the driver to let you off Ha-Masger 61 (That’s across the road and will prevent you from just going around in circles with the taxi 😉

* I recommend downloading Moovit app to your smartphone. It will help you use public transport like a pro 🙂

 

RENTING BIKES & SCOOTERS

It is very common to rent bikes and scooters in Tel Aviv and you will find them waiting for you in every corner.

To rent and ride them, just download their designated app on your smartphone, insert your details and start riding. Its super fun!

  • Make sure you ride the bike lanes and the right sides of the roads only. Riding on the side walks might end up with you getting a 250ILS fine so be ware.
  • The law requires you to wear a helmet but its not being seriously enforced.

Free Parking

Free parking is very easy to find on weekdays after 18:00 and on weekends.

Most of the neighbouring streets have businesses which close at 18:00 on weekdays and remain closed on the weekends. This makes life very comfortable in finding free parking on weekdays after 18:00 and on weekends.

Paid Parking

You can also find paid parking nearby.

  1. on Israel Bak street (few meters ahead of the address) Becomes free from 18:00 till the next morning.
  2. Shonzino street 23 building underground. Hourly or Daily rates. There’s a lift from this lot to inside the flat building. Remember to change lifts as the only lift that is working to come up is the Northern one. Change the the southern lift on Building entrance Floor 0. 

When arriving to Ha-Masger 68 you will see a big white door with a code socket on its left hand side.

The code is 6547*

General Information:

Internet:

The network name is “Speedspaces” and the password is located in the menu on the flat’s dining table.

 

TV

We use Partner TV which is quite similar to Netflix

Air Conditioner:

There are 2 units in the flat. One in the living room and another in the sleeping area.

You have one remote control that works for both and is very easy to set as for your temperature preference.

 

Bathroom and Shower:

Just outside of the bathroom you will find 2 switches. The top switch is for the boiler which is the water heater.

The lower one is for turning the lights on and off.

Hot water:

For hot water, the boiler should be switched on 10-20 minutes prior to your shower time.

  • Make sure NOT to turn on the boiler longer than 30 minutes to avoid breakage and electricity overcharge.

Towels:

You will find 1 face towel, 1, hands towel on the sink counter and your body towels are on the washing machine.

  • You will also find 2 single use compressed towels on the sink counter. Please use them for anything that may stain the regular towels. When done, please throw them in the bin and not in the toilet.

DAMAGING THE REGULAR TOWELS WILL BE CHARGED $15 PER TOWEL! PLEASE AVOID THESE CHARGES.

Essentials:

There are 3 bottles in the shower shelf.

Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash.

Feel free to open the bathroom cupboard and to use the products that you will find there if needed.

Laundry:

Using the washing machine is quite straight forward but if by any chance you find it confusing then just let me know and I will be more than happy to assist with that.

 

Sleeping Area:

Bed:

Your bed and mattress have been recently replaces so a good night sleep is definitely something you can expect.

Mattress firmness in this flat: Firm

Cupboard/Closet:

Feel free to unpack your clothes as you will have plenty of free space and hangers to do so.

You will also find extra pillows, duvet and a TV blanket.

Ask for extra sheets if needed.

Ironing:

The iron is placed in the bedroom closet.

 

Shading:
For those of you that wake up from the sunlight, you can find the shades hidden on the left side of the window from the outside. Simply open the window on its left wing and pull out the shades till you are satisfied with the level of shading suitable for your needs.

 

Kitchen:

Here you have a fully equipped kitchen for making your food if you like cooking.

Inside the cupboards:

Besides finding all the kitchenware you need for cooking and dining, you will also find complimentary coffee, tea and sugar + some spices for cooking.

Electrical appliances:

Refrigerator, Washing machine, dishwasher, Oven, Cooker, Microwave, Toaster, Blender, Kettle and Mixer.

 

Electricity and Water

Please make sure to close any lights, applicants, boiler, water that you are not currently using to prevent waste and of course unnecessary charges.

LOCAL HUMMUS PLACE

Just outside of the building (turn left and left) you will find the best yet the simplest and cheapest Hummus and Israeli food workers restaurant. I absolutely recommend this place! And in fact, I eat there very often myself. (Tell Johnny the owner’s son that you are Orly’s guests :)) 

 

SARONA MARKET

Sarona market is one minute walk from the flat and i highly recommend you to visit there!

Huge amounts of restaurants, shops, bars and restaurants makes this place a small heaven in my eyes 🙂

INSIDE THE MARKET

 

MEAT LOVERS: Triger Butcher Shop

Inside Sarona Market, there’s a butcher (Booth #the first one you will see on your right hand side while walking inside). He has huge pieces of meat in his display.

Choose your piece (I always go for the rib eye steak, on or of the bone) and he makes it for you right on the spot with some grilled veggies and rice. YUMM!

 

FISH LOVERS: Fishop

There’s only one fish place in Sarona market and it is amazing! Go there for lunch time (Between 12:00-17:00) and grab the lunch deal as its worth every penny, or should i say Shekel 🙂

 

THAI FOOD: Tyger Lily

The Tiger Lily restaurant is great!

  • There’s also an asian grocery store next to it in case you feel like cooking.

 

CHEESE LOVERS: Basher Fromagerie

For those of you that loves cheese… Oh my… you’re going to have some serious fun 🙂 walk through the market and indulge yourself with the wide selection.

 

WINE LOVERS

There’s a small wine shop called “Wine in the Shuk”  just few shop away on the right hand side from the butcher iv’e mentioned above. You can go there and buy yourself some wine by the glass while strolling around the market and tasting cheese or to accompany it with your meal that is currently being prepared at the butcher’s place. Highly recommended!

 

OUTSIDE THE MARKET

High end restaurant with great fresh food!

They have a monthly theme that changes all the time, last time i’ve visited they had “The Corn Month”. The’ve made many dishes and even drinks that included corn! A must try experience in my opinion!

  • For those of you that likes smoked taste alcoholic cocktails try the “Don Hu’an” cocktail.

 

LANDWER’S CAFE

A nice place with nice breakfast, salads and pasta.

MAX BRENNER CHOCOLATE

The true heaven for people that loves chocolate 🙂

ANITA’S ICE CREAM

By far the best ice cream in town! Must try!

 

TLV FASHION MALL

Love fashion? This is the best mall for you! This place has all the brands you want to know, some of the world brands you will find there have opened the first and only shop in the TLV Fashion Mall.

Inside this mall you will also find:

Ha-hashmonaim country club (Gym and Swimming pools).

Super Pharm for medicine, beauty care and toiletries. 

Mcdonalds Burgers

 

AZRIELI MALL

Azrieli mall is about 7-10 minutes walk away and offers a large mall with everything and anything you wish to buy. It also has a large supermarket on its ground floor where you can do your grocery shopping if you’re staying for longer than few days.

 

THE BEACH

My personally favourite beaches are Hilton beach and Metzizim beach for their young and lively vibe, great electronic music and fair food and drinks prices. Unfortunately these beaches are not the closest to our address 🙂

The closest beaches to us are Bugrashov and Frishman beaches. These are a bit calmer and older in their vibe, Very touristic and prepare to pay more for your food and drinks in their restaurants. 

The Gay BeachThis beach is located between Hilton and Metzizim. The party is always on in this beach 🙂

Prices

The price of the accommodation includes the following:
Linen, towels, cleaning, hot water, central heating, air conditioning, cooking and dining facilities, cable TV, movies on demand, washing machine (if you’ve booked a flat with a W.M), ironing facilities, internet, Toilette paper, shampoo.

 

* Electricity daily charge is 15ILS per day. (Your booking total usually covers that cost and it will be stated on your booking breakdown totals).

*** PLEASE DON’T ABBUSE THE ELECTRICITY ***

Please turn off all electricity lights, Air Condition, Water boiler and all electrical appliances EVERY TIME  you leave the flat. If you fail to do so you’ll be charged $7 per day

 

Tax

Israeli citizens are eligible to pay 17% VAT on top of their total booking price.

Foreign guests are free of paying Israeli VAT.

 

Pets (Allowed in flat 35 only)

Well-behaved pets are permitted by prior arrangement only at the additional cost of $10 per pet/per day. 

 

Acceptance of Children

We welcome children of all ages and allows a child up to 3 years of age to stay for free using the existing bedding. Baby cribs are not available. Children age 4-11 will be considered as children. Individuals above the age of 12 are considered as adults.

Children between 4-11yrs are accommodated for 100ILS per night in case they are the 3rd guest and above.

 

Cancellation and Insurance

By making your booking, our agreement is a legal contract and your deposit ( 100% of your total booking cost ) is non-refundable unless you will cancel 14 Days prior to check in.

Cancel less than 14 Days prior to check in =Travellers pay 100% booking fee.

Non-availability of Accommodation

We would only cancel your holiday if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would however attempt to offer you alternative accommodation.  If this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you for the holiday. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.

Arrival

Your accommodation will be available to you from 14:00 on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged. We may not be able to accommodate you if you arrive earlier than the agreed time as we will be busy preparing your rooms.

Check out is at 12:00 unless agreed differently.

 

Late arrival procedure

Please ensure you contact us to let us know about your arrival time so we will send you self check in instructions in for your fully independent check in to your flat.

 

Departure

Please be ready to leave the accommodation by 12:00 on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged. Your will find your invoice in your email address provided by you.

Damages and Breakages

Please take care when staying in our property. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages, which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. All we ask is that you report any incidents as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant, and we may make an additional charge of $100 if you did not report this immediately.

  • Any costs in case of damages that will cause us closing down the flat or cancel any future bookings will be fully charged on your card and deposit.

 

Excessive Noise and Parties

T​o ensure all guests enjoy the comfort and safety of the facilities we offer, we upholds a strict zero tolerance policy towards commotion, excessive noise and parties. Any person found to be on our premises creating excessive noise, having a party, exceeding the numbers of permitted guests or otherwise causing a disturbance will be requested to leave the hotel without refund.

 

Inappropriate Behaviour and Unreported Extra Guests Policy

Should any inappropriate behaviour is brought to attention and/or extra unreported guests found in the flat, we reserves the right to investigate and take action against the guest which may result in, but not limited to, being charged $100 extra on top of the extra guest charge/asked to leave without a refund for any services incurred.

 

Smoking

The Hotel has both smoking and non-smoking flats. ​Smoking is only permitted in designated areas as well as smoking rooms. There will be a S$200 fee for thorough cleaning services charged to any non-smoking room that has been smoked in to restore it back to its original condition.

Liability

We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.

 

Deposit 
In order to make sure that we will receive the loft in the same way given to our guests a 1000 ILS deposit is required in cash/card upon check-in. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the property – Deposits by card will take 7 business days to be returned back to the guest provided C.card.

 

Privacy Policy

Any data collected during the course of this booking will be stored on our computer(s).  With your permission we may from time to time contact you about promotions and offers.  We will not share your details with any third party.
